Black Sheep Poetry is a weekly reflection along the lonely road away from collective chaos. Standing tall in a culture pushing us to make our individuality second to the group doesn’t just require intellectual strength, but emotional fortitude.

Ever-New America
Land of chaos and transformation. Land in which all can be reborn and rediscovered. Land of lost and found. The old can’t recall the struggles of youth. Amnesiac elders and naive critics forget chaos births the new. Are you sure you know what side you stand on? What victories you cheer on? What losses you risk? In a land lit by seekers, fueled by second chances, losers and winners, followers and leaders constantly trade stances. Accidental empire born of an experiment stretched between two seas. Land built for dreams with nightmares in the eaves. Americans are strangers sharing a home, in a land where the future harbors a promise of salvation obtained on your own.
